After 2 months of trying to get telstra to fix my bigblog I have given up and deleted it. This is sad for me but in the end it came down to there lack of service.

I spent over 3 hours on the phone to Telstra yesterday trying to get my bigblog fixed most of that time I was on hold and had to ring back 4 times till I got a technician to acutely look at it for me and then after a half an hour she couldn’t fix it. It has been passed on to a higher grade technician to have a look at with in 48 hours. Let’s see if that happens?
In the end yesterday I was going to cancel my bigpond internet account and go with someone else but that means I would have to go to the slower ADSL connection not the “super fast” cable that I have now. There are things that don’t change with Telstra, in the end it is still the old Telecom and with the public service attitude that you the customer will wait till we do it in our own sweet time.
